Condé Nast is an global media company known for publishing some of the most famous magazines in the world (Vogue, GQ, Wired, Glamour etc) and attracting 115 million consumers across print, digital and video brands. Managed a variety of digital & advertising projects and owned the task backlog for all client bugs and requests.
Achievements:
– Created, prioritised and allocated tickets for all client requests and issues using Trello and provide reporting on response and completion times.
– Successfully relaunched the CNTraveller.co.uk site redesign by creating a more streamlined, mobile friendly experience and increased site visits and time on site to client satisfaction.
– Facilitated user-experience research methods including A/B testing, focus groups, remote user testing and beta testing.
– Launched the innovative Glamour and Vogue magazine apps bringing the majority of the monthly magazine content on to an easy to use mobile app for subscribers to use on the go. You can download these on iTunes; Vogue Magazine App, Glamour Magazine App.
– Worked with the commercial team to implement a high profile Apple advertising campaign on to the Vogue, GQ and CNTraveller sites.

ASOS Marketplace was a startup for the ASOS brand to shop vintage, independent brands, small boutiques and new labels.
Achievements:
– Assisted with the launch of the site by quality control testing, writing FAQs, uploading product, answering customer queries and inspecting the authenticity of designer items uploaded to the site.
– Created wireframes for new features for the site and improving existing ones such as the account section, product details page and checkout page.
– Troubleshot all site issues reported by customers and clients and prioritised them using the FogBugz project planning software.
– Implemented the forward thinking ‘Make Me An Offer’ feature so buyers could make an offer on items they deemed to be too expensive. This encouraged sellers to keep the prices of their items reasonable but gave them the freedom to set minimum bids and reject any they deemed unreasonable.
